Um, he is NOT a terrorist. He is simply a murderer. Terrorist can receive the death penalty and thus why the us government is pusing to make this a terrorist act.

Regardless of justness or unjustness, advocating for assassinations to intimidate the industry will nullify, by effect, any objections to similar acts by Muslim terrorists, White Nationalism terrorists, separatist terrorists, and the like, as acts of terrorism are on a flat plane.
