now you know how i felt when i first came to this site where people were doing the same exact thing to me. looking for every negative thing to say because they had their minds made up and ignored everything else. i said the same thing and yep, it fell on deaf ears. call it karma. just saying because you're one of the members in here that acts like you could do no wrong despite others reminding you of your imperfections.

My neighbors have five kids. They are typical kids, or maybe even more good-natured than normal. They range in age from 15 months to 10 years.

I was visiting with them yesterday about their Christmas. While they were standing in my living room looking at my tree, I they mentioned they still had no put up a tree this year (a few days ago, the older two had said they had put it up last year and decorated it themselves.) So, I offered them some ornaments (I have tons) if they wanted them, but they explained they probably weren't putting it up because it had been out in storage and there were possibly spiders in it.

What pieces of crap their parents truly are. The kids have nothing. Neither parent works and the dad is a full-time thief. I grew up in a really poor family, but we never had a Christmas without a tree. Think of bringing five children into the world and being too sorry to even do Christmas for them.

There's a lot more, but that was the rant du jour.

Tornadic storms have eaten us out of house and home, today. At least a half-dozen, possibly a dozen reports of verified tornadoes since lunch today, and as of this post, it's now approaching 8 o'clock in the evening.

The University of Texas At Dallas is literally a few miles down the street to my direct and immediate east, up in the Far-North Dallas area. There was a storm that passed right over UT-Dallas that was tornado warned. Just to the southeast of UT-Dallas by a few more miles, lies the suburbs of Garland, Rowlett, and Rockwall, in the northeastern Dallas County/Rockwall County parts of the immediate city. Rowlett and Rockwall got hit directly by a large tornado.
