the last film you watched thread

"Paul" and "The Inbetweeners Movie."

Both not that great, but good enough to fill empty time! The Inbetweeners is secretly pretty hot.

It's practically impossible for a film to redeem itself halfway through. Together (2000) becomes a good movie, but it's a struggle.

Watched a move about BTK. Awful, awful, awful is all I cna say.

The Expendables 2. Friggin' awesome. I went with my husband, sis, and parents. We all loved it. Incredible action sequences!

The Campaign. I enjoyed it. Don't think that I would want to see it a second time, but it was enjoyable for one evening.

A poisoned truffle and a great troupe of villainy, Vanity Fair (1998) the BBC miniseries.

Apparently, Thackeray saw the world for what it is and this production pulls no punches.

21 Jump Street. I wasn't that amused. It just seemed like an attempt to reboot the cheesy Policy Academy movies and disguise it under a title of a 90's tv show. The script could have been written by any high schooler. Not even Tatum's hot bod was enough to distract me from the laughless comedy.

This is the sort of reason I don't pay too much attention to Hollywood, Burn After Reading (2008).

"The Apparition"

It was... awful. The worst thing I've ever seen, possibly.

The only good thing to come out of seeing this movie was the guy I went on a date with to see it paid for my ticket.

I was wondering about this one. I noticed there were no advance reviews and it's showing in the shittiest theater in Nashville. LOL

Barefoot in the Park

This morning I came out to the living room and my roommate was watching. Decided to watch it with her and it's a lot of fun, very cute too.

Fun film. I love the upstairs neighbor.

Battle Royale. Before that I saw Hunger Games :p I have to say I enjoyed BR more mainly because of the fighting video in the beginning. The woman was explaining that the students in the class will kill each other until only one remains...and she was all bubbly explaining this -.- I guess whether it's live action, anime, or a video game, the Japanese have to include some comic relief.
