A bright, outlandish character riffs on the demise of human industrial civilization, Collapse (2009).

Snow White and the Huntsman

Two hours of my life I'll never get back. I cannot believe they are making sequels to this mess.

Blazing-Saddles-Movie-Poster.jpg

First R rated movie I saw (age 11). My cool dad took me and my best friend.

"I'm so tired......." LOL

The Hunger Games. I never read any of the books, so I watched knowing nothing about it going in. I love these dystopian type stories. It reminded me of Logan's Run, among bits and pieces from numerous other stories (The Lottery, The Truman Show, and 1984). The first half was better than the last. When the game started getting more manipulated I started losing a little interest. It also reminded me of watching the show Survivor. I kept waiting for Jeff Probst to walk into the game announcing another twist.

Lipstick on a pig, The Midnight Meat Train (2008).

Clive Barker's stuff seems to resist the silver screen.

Yep its cheesy as hell but I love it. I like it better than the first one. Maxwell Caufield made me feel weird down there when I was a wee lad. Such a shame he never became anything more in hollyweird. :D

I just saw a fantastic, newly released gay themed film called KEEP THE LIGHTS ON. It is truely the best drama ( gay or straight ) I've seen thiis year.
The film follows a ten year relationship between two men in New York City. It is beautifully acted and directed. It is also sexy as hell with several hot sex scenes and plenty of nudity. The young Danish actor Thure Lundhardt is especially good and gives one of the best naruralistic performances I seen in a while.
The film is intense and harrowingly effective in it's authentencity.

Just watched Triangle yesterday. Was rather confusing but interesting. It kept me guessing what's going to happen next. But it all links back to the beginning.

i was hoping for a little bit of funny but i was disappointed...

We saw Prometheus. It was so boring, I kept myself entertained with the screen saver from the nearby computer.

The cabin in the woods.
