Both are VERY GOOD.

On the way to a movie awards ceremony, a celebrity anxiously reflects on the vapid business of glamour that has shaped his life. An impossible theme for an American movie?

Satyajit Ray's Nayak, 1966.

Bridesmaids. On Demand. Unedited. Unbearable. Ugh.
Kinda well acted. Dumb plot....really?
While sometimes funny, it more often was mean spirited and somehow made me uncomfortable. Disturbing on some level.

A couple embarks on a journey home for Chinese new year along with 130 million other migrant workers, to reunite with their children and struggle for a future. Their unseen story plays out as China soars towards being a world superpower.

Ming-liang Tsai's provocative I Don't Want to Sleep Alone (2006). Three decent people suffer poverty, violence and loneliness seemingly without hope. How do we cope with such desperate circumstances?

Ok I watched bits of Coverfield followed by Die hard 2 then Dogma and then Wrong Turn. I was flicking like mad lol.

I think HBO films are probably the best films ever. I watched Normal

Wilkerson like Straitharn is probably one of the most courageous actors in film and Lange is just marvelous in this one

The Thanksgiving Dinner with the son sequence is my favorite Check out Normal

My guy and I went to see "What's Your Number?" last night. It was great. I normally don't really get into chick flicks but this one was pretty good. Anna Faris is hilarious as always. Chris Evans is half naked to fully naked through most of the movie. And the storyline was kinda cool despite being cliche.

Human Centipede 2. Went with some friends to a midnight show. I hear IFC cut the movie a lot. It wasn't all that good imo.
