rareboy, which song did you hate more-- "As Deep As Me" or "Search For You"?

Lex, I think the better song/production belongs to "Search For You." I think, as presented, the record label would reject both but state that the song you posted was passable while the other was a prank. As for the title, for social media purposes, "Search" or "Search 4 U" are other options a label could consider if hashtags became a discussion.

I am not deeply invested in Poodey and neither is Poodey at this point. Based on the horrific responses to her music, she is apparently not tweeting her new album. Be nice, guys! :nono:

Wow.....not sure what to say.....

It reminds me of this one customer I had at the bar when I went to his party..he had a synthesizer with pre-recorded tracks and thought he was brilliant when he infused his own "vocals" into the music. He also did a performance art piece to accompany his "masterpiece"......uh....

Omg this song is a total party anthem! I'm bumping this one up in the wal mart parking lot for sure !!!!!

I agree! Think of songs like "Laffy Taffy," "Barbie Girl," and "Who Let The Dogs Out?"

Sure, any song could be analyzed from an intellectual perspective, but sometimes a song is just fun or silly or crazy...and that is okay!
 
Sorry - I was busy partying with some guys from another band this weekend. OK, it was just "Cards Against Humanity" night, but we had an awesome time. Got a nice picture of all four of them sitting on my lap. :)

Oh yeah. Usually planned way in advance, though. This was their first soldout show, and that particular guitar had started acting up, so it was a good time to "sacrifice it" at the very end of the gig.
