i have strong disliking towards lydia.
i used to like her... then i just started watching tonights show.
and um... she IS a SKANK BITCH!

I didn't want Ronnie to win, but this will present something interesting for him as he has been playing everybody.

This looks to be an interesting week.

So not happy right now, same shit for week two. Ronnie/Chima/Jessie/Natalie/Russell/Kevin/Lydia vs. Jordan/Jeff/Casey/Laura/Michelle. Worst episode EVER. :(

Lol Ronnie is so fucking lucky! Cant wait to see what he does.

Chima sit your ass down. That was so tacky she did that to Braden on a live show. And WTF Laura? You was kicking ass in that HOH comp, how did you get that wrong?

Gotta say Im loving this clique twist. Michele/Chima cant go home this week so they have to tolerate each other, hilarious. My predictions for nominations will be Jeff and Jordan, who are u guys thinking Ronnie will put up?

It was not tacky. Fucking CBS edited the shit out of the fight. Im glad Braden got called out for his bigotry, I only wish Jeff would too.

Ronnie, Casey, Michele, Jordan and Jeff are all in the pool room trying to figure out who voted outside of the group.

It sounds like Ronnie's trying to blame the hinky vote on LAURA.

Ronnie's pathetic. He's worse than Eric from BB8, at least Eric had no control whatsoever on his vote and was forced to lie.

Velma is Lab Girl, Neuroscience Chick. Get with it aijalon! LOL.

OK a few thoughts:

1. PLEASE let's not have a ton of posts about how Chima shouldn't have said that on Live TV. You know what? You can't blame the girl for trying to stay in the House, and she did exactly the right thing! I'm always saying that people should use that time to actually try to sway votes, and she did just that. Good for her! I don't think it's why Ronnie voted the way he did, but she had every right to say it, and it actually made me like her more. Also, I know a few people here have argued that making biogted remarks doesn't make you 100% a bad person, and OK I'll go with that for the same of argument. No, making bigoted remarks doesn't necessarily mean you're an all-round bad person, but it does mean you're a bigot! If you don't wanna be called a bigot then you know what? DON'T MAKE BIGOTED STATEMENTS. It's very easy. Braden deserved that, Chima had every right to say it, it made for some awesome TV, and I don't care one bit that he's gone. Kick rocks Braden!

2. This was easily the most exciting first eviction ever in BB history!

3. I still disagree with aijalon's assertion that this wasn't the best move for Laura (come on, after hearing her talk to Jordan? The way they saw it, there'd be 7 people on their side playing for HOH vs 4. Why wouldn't you take those odds?) but I also don't necessarily think that Ronnie did the wrong thing for himself. Look, he was fucked either way, but siding with the jocks at least means he's safe if the jocks won HOH, and if the other side won HOH, clearly they weren't going to target him first. He could also either blame the vote on someone else (Casey? Hell with that many people left in the house he'd have enough wiggle room to deny his vote) or he could say he had to keep Chima because she's his teammate and he made a promise to her etc. There was no way this vote was gonna lead to him being the # 1 target if the Populars won HOH, so in retrospect, I actually think he did the right thing for himself by voting Braden out.

3. That HOH comp was tense! You know Jeff didn't wanna win, and once Lydia eliminated Jordan, there was no one for Velma, Ronnie or Casey to hide behind. LOL. These elimination comps are bad for floaters because they usually result in the big guns being eliminated first, and unless a floater intentionally eliminates him/herself (as Will and Erika did during a similar comp on BB7), they probably have a good chance of winning an HOH they really don't want to win. I'm sure Velma was sweating bullets and at that point, I'm sure she wanted Ronnie to take it. Now she gets to sit back and float again while Ronnie takes the lumps for his HOH week. Good girl Velma.

4. Ronnie did the right thing for himself with his vote, but make no mistake, he's a sloppy player. He is still operating under the assumption that flashy moves and talking all mastermindy makes him a great strategist and a great player, even if there's no overarching reason for any of it. That he voted the best way for himself was purely an accident, an unusual moment where doing the "look at me, I'm a schemer!" move coincided with his best move. If he makes it to the end and wins, it will be because everyone stupidly bought into that idea that he's a great strategist (like Todd winning Survivor China or Dick Donato winning his season). Not because he actually is.

5. I'm not sure Ronnie winning HOH is a good move for him. It could help him get out of the bind he put himself in last week, but it will likely also lead to revealing his alliances, and therefore placing him firmly with one side of the House. Which is not what great players ever want this early in the game. Which is more proof that he isn't a great player.

All in all, AWESOME episode!!
Dude she had to say that especially since cbs edited everything racist from what Braden said to the point that it didnt make any cohesive sense. I know I'm only saying this because she's black and I'm mostly black so all I want is black people to win everything in life. I kinda dug her sass overall. Everyone usually acts so Sesame Street on the live show.

I'm not sure if this was the best move for Ronnie and IMO he shouldve thrown HOH to Michelle. I agree Chima's antics didnt sway him. I think if anything he wanted to be loyal to her more than the others. Either way I dont think he'll be in immediate trouble. Did you notice the audience clap when Braden came out of Ronnie's mouth?

I'm not 100% on the Laura thing. I just think the way she went about it was not the most tactful. She's a mess. And I'm tired of this "I'm not just a bimbo with big boobs I know this game". She needs to fuckin act like it. Instead of just whining about how she left her bf and she's got somethin to prove.

P.S. IT looks like ur stuck with me for a while. :p

Seriously how hard is it to put 2 and 2 together? Ronnie talks to everyone, he obviously voted for Braden. Some of these people need to open their eyes and ears.

My guess is Ronnie will put up Russel and Casey. Ronnie on many occasions said they both intimidate him.

RONNIE: "I said that I wouldn't come in this game swearing on my life, but I swear on my life I voted to evict CHIMA. We will find out who lied."

ugh i guess he is playing the game... but going about it ALL wrong.... and i still dislike him. Karma will catch up to him.

Ronnie will have to pick a side now that he's HOH.

PERIOD.

Thats what is so funny to me. Ronnie kind of fucked himself by winning HOH. He's forced into a corner and is going to have to play his hand. He would have been better off letting Michelle win.

Are we sure that Ronnie is a super fan? Because he's playing as if he's never seen the show before. I mean if there was EVER, EVER, EVER in the history of Big Brother a situation it was THAT ONE. It's like the gods of Big Brother just parted the clouds and said 'Here Ronnie even though you've played horribly for a week and got yourself in a position where you need not be and made a shit ton of enemies you need not make, lost the ability to hold anyone's trust this is what we'll do for you.. .we'll hand your guaranteed immunity in a position that won't force you to take sides publicly and will force a current floater threat to coem out into the open with a target on herself and the only thing you need to do is not answer this question correctly... how about that? And he was just like "N'ah!"

What is he thinking? I don't understand why he would've tied it up if he didn't intend to just put his head down and hope shit flew in all directions. I just don't understand that move at all but if he's going to do it... what the hell could his plan possibly be now??? He's not going to be able to convince either side to go up as a pawn. He can't put one of each side up. He's created a lose/lose situation in his own group because Chima knows at least ONE of them voted to evict her.

Like I don't know if her was really good at keeping up fronts, which he's not he'd have to try and convince the non-jocks Casey flipped and try to convince the jocks that he's trying to invade the non-jocks as a mole and must nominate them so they can BD someone else but I don't think even the jock would be dumb enough for that plan which means his only real viable option is to out himself as a liar to the non-jocks who will immediately turn on him and reveal to the jocks that the flow of information is going both ways and they'll let Chima know Ronnie promised to evict her and the whole house will hate him.

Also he has to pray that he can have Jeff on that block next Thursday because he just zoomed right past Lydia and Kevin as non-"athlete" targets for the non jocks.

Ronnie is now trying to hard to "prove" he voted to evict Chima.

Laura knows it was Ronnie but she's not letting him know she's wise to his bullshit.

RONNIE: "Guys, I'll be honest with you, it was really hard for me to vote Chima out after what she said out there. That was the hardest thing I had to do saying 'I vote to evict Chima.'"

Thats hilarious! He's overcompensating way too much, he should've taken a page out of BB8's Eric.

Stop shit stirring please and telling me what I'm thinking... Laura's sacrificing herself because she put a real target on her head. She was only being nommed before because she was the least liked. She wasnt a real target and wasnt gonna be on the jocks radar for a while since they were making many other enemies. But by breaking her word, she's top of the list for the jocks and the most expendable on the other side. Jeff who's supposedly part of her side even mentioned recently if he won hoh he'd put her up with Lydia.

Dude how is voicing a difference of opinion "shit stirring" on a DISCUSSION board. We have no reason to believe the jocks would've stopped targeting Laura even if she voted with them because then neither Michele nor Casey (possibly not even Jordan or Jeff) would've voted against Chima. It would remain the status quo and the jocks, if they won, would continue with their current list of targets, which Laura was high on, barring an important change. SHe could've wound up like Angie or Stephen, colatteral for being an initial outside or she could've floated to safety like Dan but such actiosn would be based entirely on luck and major house flisp she could neither depend on nor predict.

OR she could vote the way she wanted and become a strong member of a house majority... or at least what she thoguht would be a majority but considering it was in the best interest of Ronnie to vote with them I don't see why she should've been expected to predict him not doing so.

I know, it was stupid that they did that. But they do that all the time. Last year Ollie made outright homophobic remarks all the time and they edited it out (and even changed "faggot" to "cabbage patch"). And anyone who thinks Chima shouldn't have said that has either 1) Decided they're on Team Braden no matter what, even if it means defending his racism 2) Decided to hate Chima no matter what or 3) All of the above.

Yes exactly. It makes no sense but of course, that's Ronnie. He likes to talk about being the strategist on BB more than actually being one.

I refuse to argue this with you again, especially when you dismiss the compelling reasons. This move would have 7 of her people playing for HOH vs 4, this move would allow her MORE wiggle room in a larger alliance vs an alliance where she was actively hated, very expendable, and would have no chance of breaking into the trio (Jessie/Russell/Natalie) or the duo (Lydia/Kevin), and this move would keep Braden in the house and therefore keep the animosirt going between Jessie/Russell and Braden/Jeff, which could only benefit everyone else including Laura.

LOL, yeah well I may have accused you of siding with Chima just because she's black (and I still think that's true) but some people in this thread are doing somethngn even worse: ragging on Chima just because she's black, and I refuse to side with that.

But I'm as wary of being on your team as Jeff is of being on Jessie's team. According to you, I don't have a mind of my own etc? I say exactly what I believe, I see both sides of most issues, and I've had no problem agreeing and disagreeing with you, or falconfan or anyone else on multiple fronts, yet you had the nerve to say that to me? I know enough to realize that being on your team (for you) means blindly agreeing with you all the time, and that's not how I roll.
I dont remember that with Ollie. Maybe that was after Libra left and I stopped watching. I honestly dont recall. it doesnt suprise me though. You know I'm no fan of his, even though he's black. What a shocker? I definitely wouldnt have made excuses for that shit. I never made excuses for Ollie. i thought he was a piece of shit. I prolly ragged on him more than most. Most other people were so busy hating April.

ANd I was saying I'm not sure what was best for Laura, you could be right. But I think her execution with her vote and many things is terrible. Especially after seeing her convo with Jordan, maybe she did vote for the right person for her. i think she is just horrible under pressure and doesnt have the least bit of finesse. It's like dude your a girl with gigantic tits, the best you can do is haphazardly say "Jessie youre the hottest guy here." Epic Fail. If even Jessie can see through your "flirting" there's no hope for you. He loves having his ego stroked. He'd give himself a hicky.

I know you have a mind of your own but you pissed me off with your shenanigans before so I may have just reacting.
