She cried? She's so useless. Why would you cry? Either way they saved her sorry ass for a while so what's the difference? All she had to do was win a couple comps toward the end and she could have won. Did she think the boys were just gonna take her to the end b/c she has big tits and a wonky eye?

Comps don't mean shit for jury votes. Will never won a single comp and won the game, Jun won less comps than Allison and still won the game, Maggie won less comps than Ivette and still won the game, Dick won less comps than Daniele and still won the game, Adam won less comps than Ryan and still won the game. The jury will not be sitting there all, "Hmm, Enzo won this one, but Lane won this other one." Juries vote with their hearts, not their heads (and certainly not with their calculators). And people who say they are voting for the best competitor are basically just using that to justify voting for who they like more.

Enzo would win against Lane EASILY even if Lane won two more comps and Enzo had won zero. And yes, Enzo vs Hayden would be interesting; I still think Hayden would win, not because he's won more commas, but because he has ingratiated himself with people just as much ad Enzo has entertained people.
There's no need to be hostile about it. I only mentioned the comps b/c in the DRs the brigade boys complained about Enzo wasnt pulling his weight in the brigade b/c he hadnt won anything. They started to feel like they were carrying him. My only point was Lane and Enzo are the same as far as comps so they cant use that against Enzo if they compared him to Lane.

And while comps dont always determine a winner they do matter. During jury round table they do discusss who won the most comps and what type they won. Jun and Allison was a special case b/c Allison was just so thoroughly and universally hated more than Jun. Every case is different. So you really can't compare. And with Lane and Enzo neither of them were bad guys who caused drama in the house. SO I think it could be close and final comps could play more of a role than past seasons.

I wasn't hostile. If anything I was expanding on your point that Enzo's lame comp performance is NOT going to prevent him from winning the whole game.

So you really can't compare. And with Lane and Enzo neither of them were bad guys who caused drama in the house. SO I think it could be close and final comps could play more of a role than past seasons.

Neither Nicole (BB2) nor Ryan (BB9) were universally hated, but they lost to lesser competitors because they weren't as well liked as their counterparts.

Lane is just like BB9 Ryan, I think. Not hated by any means, but not close enough to anyone in the game (besides Britney) to get the necessary votes to win. Honestly I'd be surprised if Lane can get ANY votes from the jury other than Britney.

Lane is guaranteed to make it to the finals now (unless Hayden or Enzo are seriously miscalculating) and at this point, I see him losing in a 6-1 vote either way. If Matt truly disliked Enzo personally (I could never be totally sure) MAYBE Lane could get his vote over Enzo, but even that isn't a good bet.

I dunno, I know comps haven't really been a deciding factor for juries before. But with the likes of Brendon, Rachel, and Ragan in the jury, I think someone who has won more comps has a better chance at walking away with the whole thing. Time and time again those three in particular have stressed that they want the best competitor standing there at the end to win the whole thing.

I was almost sure that Hayden would take Brit to the final 2 if he had the chance, after their little question and answer session in the HoH room the other night. Maybe he still will, but I think he would win against her, against Enzo, against Lane.

OMG I hate Ragan more than any other housemate ever. During his CBS interview that horrible homosexual actually said being "tackled" by Enzo reminded him of getting picked on in high school. His dumb ass was the won pushing Enzo and trying to box him out. And how dare that bitch assume he would have won. The saddest part is he's 34 years old.

I want Enzo to win at this point. I couldnt stand him in the beginning but of the guys left he's my favorite. I thought his dancing was cute during that Pandora's box punishment and he seems like a real person. I ignore they meow meow. It's so silly anyway. And of the brigade guys he never had a side deal and was always treated as expendable. I'd love for him to beat cocky Hayden and Lane.

Hayden is so fake and gives everyone those bullshit goodbye messages about love and light. Tellin Ragan he's a great role model for gays and shit. He's so false. It's a good tactic but so transparent.

Matt is just the worst thing ever. I had no idea he was telling Kathy he can relate to her having cancer. He literally was making sick. I wonder what Ragan will think of this exceptional human being when he gets to jury house.

you, like many contestants who have been on this show, have a hard time realizing that it`s a GAME.. not real life. ;)

The bullshit goodbye messages are part of the game. They are (after all) trying to get votes to win 500 000$

SHO AD was the best all season last night. Watching the boys 'gang up' on poor Britney in the HOH was sad. I felt sorry for her. Even though she cries at everything, just watching her start to tear up when Hayden said, "I'm not using the veto."

Enzo was funny. He's full of himself, all proud n shit.

I don't think they ganged up on Britney when they told her about the brigade and what they did behind the scenes to get people voted out, including Matt and why they got Matt out. Brit took it all right until Hayden came into the room and told her he was not using the PoV, but he didn't tell her she was a goner. Eventually she as going to cry because she cries at everything. As a matter of fact when Hayden won HoH she isolated herself. Hayden is the one who told her she should keep playing and working at it. When he won PoV I think she knew but she still chose to hang alone for awhile.

The thing that most annoys me about all these people is that they lose sight of what they are doing in that house. The brigade, as much as I hate(d) them they were at least always playing even when it was boring as watching a snail move. Now that they have laid it out about the moves they made it all comes together as great play. It's hearing all of it play by play that it becomes crystal.

Still for Hayden to win.

Britney has already come around and is chilling with the guys again. She's conceded that they played well, it's just a game etc.

Also, wouldn't it be hilarious if Lane won Final HOH? Like dude, just pick whoever you'd like to see win the money cuz it ain't gonna be you!

Sad to see Brit go but she is totally and completely screwed. Hayden is the only one who doesn't even hypothetically have anything to gain from keeping her and he won boht positions of power.

Enzo going on and on and on and on about the brigade, about who wins, who is second, who is third, how great the brigade is, the history making event of an alliance making it all the way got so tedious I ff to the end after Brit started crying. It was like he was on speed.

Brit will come to realize that lane never lied to her, and had her as his final 2 partner, it just didn't work out that way. That he did not tell her everything may hurt her now but she will know in the end.

^^ Exactly. The irony here is that Lane WAS going to take her to the finals. They had a 50-50 shot at winning that POV and it just didn't work out. She'll realize that once the season is over and she watches the tapes.

The irony here is that Lane WAS going to take her to the finals.
Lane wasn't going to risk betraying the brigade and losing their jury votes at the end like that. Ideally, he would've preferred to be in the Final 2 with Britney, but the only way that was ever going to happen was if Britney herself had won HOH/POV and evicted Hayden/Enzo. He wanted her to do the dirty work.

Wow! Did anyone see the boner Hayden had during his pillow fight with Britney?

And 44 minutes into the show, we're treated with 44 minutes of filler time. Hide and seek and a pillow fight? Please let me produce next season or any other passionate fan.

Has anyone read Allison Grodner's take on this season? She's clearly her biggest fan, justifying this terrible season with with slightly higher ratings than last year's season.

Fuck I knew I should not have come into this thread, now my Wednesday surprise is no more.

I have to say that this season is kind of toward the middle for me.

i think im the only person in the world who actually like brendan/rachel, but i did.

and the game was predicatable after brendan left, who i love for fighting through 2 evictions.

everyone usually sticks to the majority in the voting which is good for the game but bad for entertainment.

hence why the two jessie vote offs were so good cause it split the house every time

Ideally yes, he'd like her to win the POV, but I think had he won it, he'd have voted out Enzo. His DRs indicate this, not to mention that when he was HOH he nominated Enzo rather than Britney, and then Hayden as a replacement rather than Britney.

You know, I'm all for giving the Brigade credit for playing well this season, but Enzo is REALLY over-stating their accomplishments. For example he's praising the Brigade for keeping Rachel and Brendan in the House as targets even though the Brigade never really did that! Flashback for Enzo:

Week One: Brendan won POV, and then the entire house wanted Annie out over Rachel.

Week Two: Rachel won HOH so she and Brendan were safe.

Week Three: Brigade wanted Matt to nominate Brenchel, Matt did not, and then Brendan won POV preventing a backdoor.

Week Four: Rachel won HOH so she and Brendan were safe.

Week Five: Brigade wanted Matt to nominate Brenchel, and he did, and Rachel was evicted.

Week 6: Brendan won HOH so he was safe.

Week 7: Britney won HOH, nominated Brendan, Brendan won POV so he was safe.

Week 7 FFwd: Hayden won HOH and evicted Brendan.

So basically, it was never the Brigades' plan to keep them in the game as targets, in fact the Brigade wanted Brendan and Rachel out every chance they got. And the only reason Brenchel lasted as long as they did was because they kept winning HOH/POV comps, thereby keeping themselves safe. Brigade had nothing to do with it.

Enzo is looking at the game through the refracting lens of hindsight and giving the Brigade way too much credit. They played well in terms of self defense, and they certainly duped the rest of the House into not forming a counter-alliance to stop them, but they didn't orchestrate anything beyond that, and they definitely didn't keep Brenchel in the House as targets.

THere is one final play that Brit should make even thought it will fail. She needs to tell Enzo that he's going to be third. He's got a shit record at winning challenges and both Hayden and Lane plan to take each other. The only way he can win is against her so he needs to vote Lane off and they need to try and take each other to the end.

This will fail. Enzo should at least consider it... but he won't. She should try anyway. She won't.
