I think it's highly unlikely that Brenden got any extra from the box and Matt should too. I mean he knows there's a super new power already and then this comp about a super new power (which I think is BS too) he should be weary of too many super magic powers being crammed down their throats at once, espcially if they keep in mind that the america's vote was the Sab...
 
All and all I don't think Brit is so much a good player as a hilarious individual who's fairly good at reading people and knows where her self interest lies. She's very good with words when she needs to be but she's just not a student of the game. Given time should she come back for an All Stars (and really why wouldn't the producers bring her and Rachel back?) I think she'd do better if she put her mind more to game because she's not exactly dumb.
 
God yes, this new power they're talking about (possibly Coup?) is such bullshit and probably just another way to keep Brendan in the game. At least though they're giving the house guests a chance to compete for it (or so they seem to believe) which is way more fair than just having America give it to one of them.

There are too many powers and twists this season though. Why won't producers just let these games of social strategy play out? It's the same shit that had made a mess of Survivor, with multiple immunity idols floating around at any given moment!

Falconfan have you heard the nonsense they're doing on the next Season of Survivor? It's old vs young and in addition to giving the elder team a professional athletic coach, there's also going to be a Medallion of Power which -- together with the Diamond Veto -- sounds like something that should be in Super Mario Brothers, NOT on these shows.

I don't think there is a competition. When is the last time one of these sabateour messages was accurate? Honestly have they EVER been. We know for a fact they flat out lied, saying Annie escaped the block week one.

I'd not heard the second part about Survivor but I'm curious what they're going to do with these challenges to make them 'fair' they're all going to have to be largely unathletic.

Oh my bad. I haven't been on the feeds a lot today, I didn't realize the only reason they think there's a comp tomorrow is because the saboteur said so?? If so, you'd think these people would have realized by now that THE WHOLE POINT of the sab is to fuck with them, therefore all these "messages" are false. And they even have fucking Annie admitting to them that her message was false as an example to gleam from.
 
Aaand now Enzo and Hayden seem to have done a 180 and want Brendan to put up Britney. They're talking to him right and now and Brendan seems amenable. Fuck.
 
The one thing I cling to is that BB is gonna want Matt to use the Diamond so you know they're gonna manipulate Brenda in the DR into putting up Matt. Come on producers, do what you do best: interfere.
 
The houseguests have been receiving messages from the saboteur all night long keeping them awake. The feeds went to bubbles for 40 minutes and when they came back, everyone was out of bed, so I guess BB made them get up early.

The messages keep coming, but this is what they've heard so far...

1.) 2:40am "Wake up Houseguests, wake up"

2.) 3:10am "Houseguests, Remember to Expect the Unexpected"

3.) 3:15am "Houseguests, did you miss me?"

4.) 3:55am "Houseguests, I hope you said your prayers tonight"

5.) 4:18am "Could someone be leaving tomorrow?"

6.) 4:23am "Houseguests, What's wrong? Am I keeping you up?"

7.) 5:20am "Houseguests, your time is running out"

8.) 5:28am "Houseguests, being evicted is not that bad"

I don't know if something is actually going to happen today or if this all for Thursday's HOH competition. It'll be interesting to see what happens either way. Oh, and the POV ceremony is today.
 
Brendan hasn't said so, but I think Britney must be toast. This morning even RAGAN decided to save Matt over Britney, and went to Brendan on Matt's behalf. Matt and Ragan also talked about how Britney has to go up instead so even if Matt has to use the Diamond, he might feel it's safer to put up Britney since everyone is talking about voting her out anyway. Sigh.
 
Ragan is totally throwing Britney under the bus to save Matt.

Sigh.

Why doesn't he let Matt play his own game and campaign for himself? He's such a fucking lapdog.

BB called Brendon to the Diary Room and Ragan looked like he was about to shit himself because he wasn't finished backing the bus over Britney yet.

Now BB is telling everyone it's time to get up for the day.

Now Ragan is downstairs in the Have Not room recounting to Matt the conversation he just had with Brendon. Matt is thanking Ragan for his efforts.

Brendon just pulled Britney upstairs for a quick chat before the POV ceremony. He's asking if he can trust her ("I need to have your word that you won't put me up if I don't put you up...") and she's swearing on everything that she will protect him. She says she wants to be there "so effing bad." Brendon says he appreciates her competitive nature.

BRENDON: "I need you to win HOH next week and keep me safe. Ragan's going to be out for my blood if I send Matt home."
 
Brendon just told Britney that Rachel spelled out Matt's name in the pretzels. She wants him out this week. It sounds like Brendon is going to honor her wishes and he's trying to get as many last-minute promises out of Britney as possible.
 
Ragan was just called to the DR and BB called an outdoor lockdown.

Time for the POV ceremony! :)
