I don't know and frankly I do not care.

A few days ago, I came across this quote from the wonderful Ronnie Corbett.

"I am at the crossroads of my career. I am not tall enough to be James Bond, but then again I am not small enough to be adopted by Madonna."

Here's a woman who's life is all about control. Embracing her gay fans ensured her a small fortune and that's just her business savvy side shining through. Not the best singer in the world but probably the most iconic female/artist/singer of the 20th century. You cannot deny her status as a living legend because I fear that if you do then you're living in denial. She doesn't actually float my boat either but I can't deny the truth, a lot of her songs and videos have infulenced a generation and will continue to do so for some time.

Hello Boys,
Madonna has another Grammy on her shelf. She won "Best Dance Album" for Confessions On A Dancefloor. A successful album, a record breaking tour and a shiney new Grammy! You go girl!

OK, I have a funny story.

So I randomly added most of my most played and recently played songs from my iPod to a bunch of CDs so I could listen to them all weekend.

I was in Palm Springs shooting a movie with Framten (Pledge Class 3) and wanted music to listen to while driving.

So Madonna's "Sorry" was one of the many songs on one of those discs.

I was driving one of the Fratmen to the set and that song came on. He liked it and asked who it was. I told him it was Madonna.

He said "Oh yeah... I forgot that you're gay."

oh, he wasn't really calling me on it, exactly.

I think it's cool that even though the guys know I'm gay, they just view me as one of the guys who's no different from them.

But yeah, they way he just matter-of-factly acted like being gay=liking Madonna was pretty funny. How he just kinda tossed that off and then asked about lunch still makes me giggle.

I was glad she won a Grammy for that record... It was really good, it didn't have to be from Madonna for me to like it, but it just so happened it was.
