I watched it at a Superbowl party. Even the straight guys who hate pop music LOVED the half time show. It was a great sight to behold. It was also really cool that she got LMFAO, Nikki, MIA, and Cee to get out there with her. It was an awesome show. I don't care that she lip synched. The music was great, the dancing was cool... Madonna rocked it.

Not at all, I like Madonna's old stuff, she's a bitch as are many celebs, she's a narcissistic egomaniac, I just really find this song lame and desperate. She's clinging to the younger stars to try to remain relevant and making shit singles. I like Madonna more than I do Gaga.

Watain gives you Satanic. Madonna having spartans, b-boys and wireplayers, cheerleaders, a band and a PRAYER TEAM is far, far, FAR from satanic. And if you mention the fact that she had the Eye of Horus appear as a play on satanism(just like the fool above that mentioned the other eye that appeared was a sign of the Illuminati), I will laugh until my cheeks turn red. I'll also laugh if you mention that she went into a cloud of smoke as a representation of "going to hell".

I swear, for all the reasons people can rip this performance to shreds and be absolutely right, they choose the most absurd alarmist grade-A bullshit picked right off the farm.

as a non-american, non-sports-fan, i have zero emotional investment in the superbowl. but i liked her performance, it was pure, unapologetic spectacle.

I thought the song was fun. Was it my favorite Madonna song? No. But it was definitely not one of her worst.

Ultimately, it got me excited about the rest of the album, which is what it was supposed to do.

Tina Turner has a totally different type of voice and while she had some popular songs, her songs always seemed aimed at an older audience to me. I don't really know for sure since I was only a small kid when Tina was Madonna's current age.

one look at either one will pretty much explain the "Skanky" part. They both look like the Tuesday Afternoon strippers at a low-rent casino in Vegas.

"Whores" are for the people (male or female) who openly brag about how they're only in it for the money. Listen to her lyrics. She just brags about how much money and how successful she is. When all you care about is fame, that makes you a fame whore.

Genitalia because I have a foul mouth and this is a porn site where calling people "cunt" or "asshole" or "dick" or "boob" is common, un-shocking and kinda funny. Referring to people as sex organs goes way back.

I think I've called Sultan (before we made nice and became friends) a "festering ball-sack wart" and I'm quite sure I've called Tom Cruise an "Anal Speed Bump on the Hemorrhoid of Humanity."

I'm not really familiar with her stuff so I saved most of my ire for Nicky Minaj. Who I think think is just about as classy as that goo I stepped in outside Taco Bell when their bathroom backed up and I had to take a leak in the alley out back.

The official tour dates are "to date" and I expect they'll be updated in the next week or so to include the Asia/Pacific region. Guy Oseary has already confirmed via Twitter that the world tour will conclude in Australia early 2013.

Good for me. I need more time to save those pennies and fulfill a 25 year old promise to my sister that one day we'd go see Madonna in concert together.(!)(!)

Every magazine and newspaper that I've read has given Madonna's halftime show great reviews. I was surprised that none have mentioned her near stumble on the bleachers, but that's good. I think the only reason there are some negative quotes online are because of the haters.
 
I will have to start pimping out my husband if I want to come up with the kind of money to see Madonna. She's worth every penny, but I can't afford it!
