The "Oprah" interview was AMAZING...Whitney talked about everything she wanted to talk about and then some.

This was one interview where Oprah didnt have to "pull-teeth". This is probably the best interview I've ever seen...

The video is HOT-HOT-HOT...Hard to believe she's 46..

For Whitney's sake I hope her "Smooth-soaring" vocals return...Aretha Franklin & Dionne Warwick smoked regular cigs for years and their voices did not return. They learned to use the voice they had left after the years from smoking cigs..


Natalie Cole came back better than ever once she got help for drug usage...So there's always hope...

Girl, please. Your opinion against mine and the rest of the world. The GENERAL PUBLIC and the MAJORITY of people who watched it thinks she did great and that Whitney Houston is officially back. So say what you want, but the fact is that the majority thinks she did great. And she's getting a nice big boost in sales because of it. Boom pow. ..|

Well, I don't have to acknowledge it. That's fact #1.

Fact #2 -- You don't have to care what the majority thinks, but at the end of the day - it is the majority who has the last say in it. It is the MAJORITY who is bringing Whitney back to the top of the charts. It is the majority who will determine whether Whitney's comeback is a success or a flop. So it is what the majority thinks that REALLY matters here. And the majority is loving Whitney Houston and supporting her comeback.

I think that's the difference. Her My Love Is Your Love album was fanfuckingtastic, even though she didn't go all out on the notes. But even then, she had some killer songs on there. This album, she's doing the almost same (although not as smooth) vocal, but doing shit songs.

Really? Majority of what? What is the general public? A Whitney messageboard? A couple of whogivesashit blogs? A nice article on a news site? 300,000 people, most of which are fans who bought the album 4 or 5 times already? Yeah, you have no proof that the MAJORITY of ANYONE thinks the way you do. I'd actually be frightened if people were as delusional as you are about who thinks what about Whitney. When all you spend your time on is talking about Whitney with the same 5 people that spend all their time talking about Whitney, you seem to think those people represent everyone's opinion. They don't. Same with the diehard Mariah fans who think everything she does is God.
You can't win an argument when you don't have facts on your side. You don't have PROOF to what you claim are facts. So basically, what you think, is irrelevant, because you're living in your own Whitney is God world, and every person on the Earth loves her except for the few that say she sucks.
So when you come back to reality, what you say might be relevant at some point, but until you pull your head from Whitney's dried out, drug abused, Bobby-slapped, infested vadge, nobody can take anything you say seriously.

Are Whitney's 500,000 sales in the U.S or world wide? Because she could easily sell a million with world wide sales. And her album is not even out in the UK yet.

Like I Never Left and Call You Tonight will probably be the songs to get radio play. Million Dollar Bill will probably be played in the clubs and get a nice spot on the Dance charts.

Honey, I didn't have to watch that performance. I OWN the whole concert, and have seen the performance over 5,000+ times. I have every note and body movement memorized and embedded in my head for life. ..|

Furthermore, her voice in that performance is really not all that much of a huge grand stretch from her current voice today. And in my opinion, she could easily get her voice back to that point in that performance now that she is off the drugs and now that her voice is in rehabilitation/recovery mode. Her body/voice is healing and recovering each day that she is off drugs, and if she disciplines herself and re-trains her voice by working with her vocal coach, she will continue to gain back range and clarity. She's already made improvement.

She also said yesterday that she is going to tour in February. If you know anything about her past, her voice is known to get better and better as she tours and performs more often. Right now she is real "rusty" from not performing consistently for years and years. She's just getting back in the game after a long hiatus AND drugs. I believe as she performs more often and use her voice more frequently, she'll strengthen her voice and get her groove back along with her full confidence and will really bring it, like she did in her "My Love Is Your Love" years.

In the U.S alone.

Her album is already Gold here, so thats great. :=D:

"I Look To You" is already kicking "Just Whitney"'s ass. And this was her biggest debut of her career (during the SOUNDSCAN era), so thats a huge accomplishment.
