  • Hi Guest - Did you know?

The Queen is Dead. Long live the King.

One suspects these will become collector's items in just a few years.

I'm wondering how long before I get my hands on one of the new banknotes.

They look like dystopian currency from a world in which Charles would have reigned since The Second Annus Horribilis (2002)... and Di would be hovering around like Alexis Morrell Carrington Colby Dexter Rowan pestering and nagging poor sweet Camilla.

They probably should have had his ears done before he turned 18....

She looked like a Coronation Street version of The Real Deal... which never was that far from it either...

Animal rights activists pasted a cartoon image over a portrait of King Charles III on Tuesday at a London art gallery,
the latest in a series of incidents at U.K. museums as campaigners use vandalism to publicize their causes.

A group called Animal Rising shared a video of campaigners pasting a picture of a character called Wallace,
from the “Wallace and Gromit” comedy series, over the king's head.

The so-called ‘’comic redecoration″
was designed to highlight an investigation that Animal Rising said found widespread violation of animal husbandry rules
at farms approved by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

They are supposedly against animal cruelty, and they treat poor Charles like that

Such a small group. Where was Anne?

Horsing around the guards.

You seem to forget she's the butch badass lady in the family, not just one more wall flower up on the balcony.

Why do they always choose to celebrate in rainy June, because everyboy is already out on holiday in July? Di married in very late July.

Such a small group.
The old European royalty game used to be that of the ten little royal indian families falling under republican advance.
Now it's that of the ten little indian royals of the remaining familes, falling under press scandals and pressing public opinion.

Fewer but better royals.

That, and the fact that Mother Nature doesn't allow queen mothers or "king fathers" to live forever.

The previous generation held out rotting for so long in charge, that now there is nobody left to fill in the place for old relic in the pic beside the king and queen themselves.

With Eddie in exile, The Sussex's well away from the ravening Brit tabloid press on a daily basis, if Anne isn't on the stage with them, you really sense the ending of the Windsor dynasty.

She is literally on stage with them horses, in sillitary regalia, while her co-spawn watch from the royal box dressed in Primark Couture: 2:28:18.
Wait, she was to the right too.

But in her eyes one surely can see the ending of the Windsor... and the dawn of the Spencer dynasty :lol2:

2:59:47... if you had intended to make me watch almost two whole minutes of all that ... fast forwarding and rewinding looking for this and that, congratulations.
