The opinion poll referred to in the Daily Express piece was conducted by Deltapoll on behalf of Mail Online and got picked up by a number of other papers. Here's Deltapoll bigging itself up:
This is the full poll as a PDF:
https://deltapoll.co.uk/polls/coronationandroyalfamily and here is a sample of the questions with the possible answers. First, what should Camilla's official title be?

We've discussed this already so there's no point repeating it here, but notice that the pollsters include Duchess of Cornwall, which is impossible. If it was included as a "dummy" answer to flush out any bozos amongst the respondents that fact should have been flagged up in the document (like the "Earl and Countess of Wivenhoe" later on).
Next, who would you choose to remove from the line of succession?

Camilla cannot be removed from the line of succession because as Queen Consort
she is not in the line of succession to begin with. Later options include Andrew, his two daughters and two grandchildren, who have a such a vanishingly remote chance of becoming monarch that it hardly seems worthwhile crossing their names off the list. The only consequence of doing so would be that everyone behind them would move up five places, so that for example the Duke of Kent's grandson Cassius Taylor would go from 48th to 43rd. Yeehaw! King Cassius. Bring it on!

(Here's the line of succession if anyone's curious:

Then there's a question about who should get pocket money out of the sovereign grant, which the Deltapollsters call "public money from British taxpayers". No it isn't; though granted, if the dosh paid out in the sovereign grant can be reduced it will free up more money for public works. The king is known to be keen to get it down, although the wording of the question, and the list of names given, implies that the royals see it as a many-nippled beast from which they can all suck their fill.

The trouble is, the Prince of Wales and his household pay their own way:

Princess Anne's son and daughter are not royals. Not even minor royals. She wanted them brought up that way. They support themselves. Zara is a professional horserider and Peter is (I think) some sort of farmer. Not just jobs but
proper jobs! This is very well known, and for the pollsters to bring them into this question is just lazy.
Next question. When Wm. & Kate's eldest is king, should his brother and sister work for a living?

How can you answer that? They will be doing whatever royals do when they become adults. They will probably inherit the pet projects and schemes that keep the present senior royals occupied. Who knows what the world will look like in twenty years? They are a long-lived family. George VII might not be crowned till 2077.
^ Translation: Deltapoll asked 1,569 people a litany of stupid questions and, surprise surprise, got a lot of stupid answers. The Express and the rest picked it up and wrote headlines like "Brits don't think Camilla should become Queen as shock poll takes aim at King's wife".
It's gone midnight. Time for bed. Tomorrow I'll tell you what I found out about the infamous Earl and Countess of Wivenhoe. It will shock you!
