I liked the drama in this episode. I didn't know who to side with: Joey or Ayiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiia.

This was another good one. I am pleasantly surprised with this season so far. i thought it wold be an epic failure. I love the jokes they play on each other. These are good pranks not that middle school shit like they did in Brooklyn.

Joey was the most wrong in this situation. He is the one that kept picking at her. Ayiia kept trying to avoid him but he followed her around and pursued arguments because he couldnt let her win.

Like someone else mentioned, how typical the gay guy sides with the straight guy.I like Derek but he made no sense. Joey followed them onto the balcony where they were minding their business to start more drama. He got what he deserved.

I cant believe people think Ayiia is being a bitch. Joey started every fight with her. From when she first started playing pool with CJ. While I am a sarcastic person you have to respect that some people dont get it and think you're just being a dick. I think Jonna is the bitchiest. I hate when girls try to isolate themselves from other girls without giving them a chance or when guys do it to other guys.

^Clearly you are being biased because you find Joey attractive. Everybody doesnt have to LIKE sarcasm. Speaking as a sarcastic person you cant expect people to like and accept it. The point of sarcasm is you make sometimes abrasive comments that may piss people off. It is up to me or Joey in his case to make people understand it is not malicious and I'm not trying to truly hurt someone.

She did the most mature thing which is to avoid interaction with him but he made it his mission to piss her right off. She was playing pool with CJ and kept heckling her. Like you said it was the first couple of days, she doesnt really know him and prolly thought he was just picking on her.

P.s. I think Joey is kinda hot too but he's too damn skinny and has a concave ass.

No matter what somebody says you dont spit in their food. I'm sure you've said something mean to someone before, if they spit in your food to retaliate they would have crossed the line. And if it was me I woulda got sent home after I beat their ass.

Usually I do a lot of defending the cast because people are usually always so hard on them but I've never disliked a cast so quickly as this season.

What the fuck is with Jonna rubbing her ass on CJ's cock, cuddling with him, holding hands, buying matching bracelets(Same as her bullshit promise ring), and then freaking out after he tries to kiss her. She already crossed the line but she goes to her boyfriend and repeats to him again and again "You have nothing to worry about". Just break up with him, fuck CJ and get it over with. And her getting mad at the other girls for not giving her the tacos.

CJ seemed like a douche in the last episode for doing what he did but looking back, he probably did the right thing. He knew it was going to happen so he just broke it off. He still seems like a douche though. I'm sick of the girlfriend/boyfriend back at home and I'm trying not to cheat when it's nothing serious anyways storylines.

Joey is a toned down Puck who I hate. Aiiya didn't start it and had every right to react the way she did but I didn't find myself really liking her either. Derek seems like he might be the two-faced type. I don't hate Jasmine and Emilie but they haven't given me any reason to like them either. They're boring and always so serious.

Usually I start off liking most of the cast but the only one I like and find interesting is Broone but he's wasted on a crappy cast. Sort of like Isaac was in Sydney. He sort of reminds me of Isaac too and not just because he's bald but his humor. The funny dance, making out with the mom, snuggling with CJ and his oneliners were the highlight of the last two episodes.

I guess some of them might have a fun side and be likable but they haven't shown it yet and they haven't really given us any reason to like most of them.

Make no mistake about it, Aiiiya is a bitch. But Joey is an asshole as well. They were both wrong. It doesn't really matter who was more wrong, they both are too old to be behaving the way they have been.

Bostonboy, I too had no clue that Emilie was even on the show. She was such a non presence in the premiere I almost feel like she was egging Aiiya on in this past episode because she realized the cameras were never around her and she needed to be where they were.

No it's typical of the gay guy to try to side with both the girls but also want to bond with the guys. They don't know who's side to take so they end up taking both sides and end up looking two-faced when they're found out. The same thing happened with Davis, JD, and a lot of other guys on this show.

Very interesting observations made about the show in one of the Real World threads of another site. I thought it was interesting so I summarized the observations people made and added my own comments under each observation.

Observation #1

4/5 of the Latino men they've cast are gay.

Gay: Willie, Pedro, JD, Derek
Straight: Jose

My comments: It’s 5/6 if you count Ryan from Fresh Meat. I’ve always thought Jose might’ve been closeted. He’s definitely a metrosexual. They’ve never really cast a really masculine Latino guy. Maybe they don’t want to portray Latino men that way even though there are many masculine Latino men.

Observation #2

Almost all of the black women on the show are mixed raced so someone in the thread was saying that maybe they only like casting lighter skinned black women.

Half/Mixed: Melissa, Coral, Anessa, Nicole, Irulan, Arissa, Shavonda, Janelle, Brianna, Brittni
Full Black: Devyn (But she only likes dating white men)

My comments: They didn’t say anything about Jasmine but she looks like she could be. I didn’t watch the earliest seasons but I’m sure there were more black females that they left out. They did mention though that Devyn was the first in a LONG time.

Observation #3

Almost all the black men are darkest skin tones with very few mixed and lighter skin tones. Opposite of how they cast black women.

Dark Skinned: Alton, Stephen(Seattle), Tyrie, Karamo, Jacquese, Greg, Nehemiah, Theo, Cyrus
Light Skinned: Nick, Stephen(Denver)

My Comments: The person listed Nick and Stephen as Dark skinned but I don’t think so.

Observation #4

They had a Tranny before an Asian male and they still don’t have an Asian male (Straight or gay) in 22 seasons.

My comments: There have been about 75 men cast and not one Asian. They probably believe in stereotypes that they’re all nerdy but they’ve already cast nerds but even if it was true, the “Real World” has nerds in them and the only one I could think of that they cast was Lacey. Also all the people they’ve cast have model builds and no fat people when 60% of the country is said to be overweight. Not a very good representation of "The Real World".

I still see Aiiiiiiiiya as starting it that night.....Joey and everyone were trying to gather everyone and they were missing someone...she was getting in everyone's face asking about her cigarette and they told her that they're missing a person, it's more important then her cigarette right now and she said it again and Joey told her to shut up...which I would have done as well....then she flips out cause he told her to shut up....aka....she started it.


but in all reality...it doesn't matter anymore....they made up and had a nice little bonding moment at the end....the end=)
