It appears that many who fear change are those whose world's have gotten somewhat worse. And they're wanting to find reasons for that happening.

As ever, the issue of race is a red herring. A distraction from structural problems within the economy.

I hope and pray that Trump will realize that the only way to help all the various people who swung the election to him, including the non-whites who voted Republican for president more than ever before, is to get wages up and deal with medical costs.

It's time to start advocating for actual market-based solutions there -- not handing corporations captive customers, but stimulating competition and thus bringing costs down -- that were ignored before as Republicans dropped their duty to actually try to govern in favor of persecuting a president they despised.

I want to ask "What 'white culture'?"

Most of the whites in my county have more in common with the Mexican immigrants who have moved here than with two-thirds of the other whites in the country. And most of the whites in the country have more in common with other workers regardless of color, given that over 70% of workers make less than $50k, and more than half make less than $30k.

They have made large scale immigration, legal and illegal a priority. They have blocked attempts to limit abortion and do facilitate it and about 70 million American children, mostly from the white majority, have been killed. The result, Clinton approvingly said, is that their will soon be no white majority and it will be a good thing, he told a group of muslim leaders. Obama said that he wants America to be a hodgepodge, and has relentlessly and illegally maximized immigration.
Before the 1960s legal immigration was limited by a quota system which prioritized northern Europeans who could be expected to assimilate persuant to the then national consensus of a melting pot. Then the democrat Congress, lead by Ted Kennedy and a Jewish senator, amended the law to eliminate the quota system, and has promoted an ideology, not of assimilation but of diversity, assimilation, identity politics. A later law grants a priority to ethnic groups have the least population in the US.
It is a policy intended to destroy the white majority and create a nation with no majority and with the democrats as the only party having a chance. As this election demonstrated, a Republican now has no chance of a population majority and Obamss policy of moving immigrants in large number to red states will soon destroy any Non democrat chance in the electoral college as well.

I some how doubt whether the history of Europe supports this opinion knowing that so much diverse cultural expression, scientific achievement, and democratic rights have originated in European countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece, The United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

It could be argued that homo sapiens finds expression in its willingness to share its achievements with its tribal divisions a source of pride, for those of us who believe that multiculturism is merely the human race sharing all it has in common.
