This video doesn't make it seem like anything, you watched the video and interpreted it as "Only Af. Americans go to Popeyes." My advice, don't base large opinions on :30 news clips. For the record, yes, a lot of blacks love them some Popeyes. Their chicken is good but I'm sick of them fuckin' up simple orders and not having potato wedges so I don't go anymore.

As a black man I'm very offended. Before when i was a white man I ate popeyes, Browns Chicken, KFC, Church's chicken, AND Harold's Chicken. But white people eat chicken too. So do people of other ethnic backgrounds. The man in this video just happens to be black. Alot of blacks DO eat chicken but that goes back to old African-American Culture deeply rooted back to slavery. When blacks were slaves they formed their own small communities and they had their recipes they got from the whites as well as their own. They blended recipes together and Chicken was very common.. which led to Fried chicken. There is nothing wrong with blacks liking chicken but its unfair to generalize a group that does one certain thing and to say only THEY do it. Study the history on soul food
