Not when you're trying to sing. A lot of people can reach those notes with their voices, but not many of them can make music with them.

If you can reach them, you can use them in music. It's a matter of having proper training to do so. Him singing these notes, wich aren't all that high anyway, isn't anything that special.
I've seen and heard a LOT of both female and male singers singing much higher than this. I'm very used to such vocal heights in both men and women so this didn't impress me.
He's good technically indeed, not saying he's bad but he's most definately not a "freak of nature" at all. There's plenty out there.

The first couple of times the two note figure is C6 B5 C6... Then it modulates up a half step to Db6 C6 Db6.

Just out of curiosity, who got the shivers/goosebumps watching his Onepa#2 in the op?

Everytime I listen and watch it, I constantly feel this haunting spirit encompassing my physiology. It was all due to his eccentric/gothic stage presence.

Yet, it's so addicting. That's why I keep going back to watch it again and again.
