Mustangman you're killing me with that question. j/k LOL! I'll try. I had to go into the archives to find some pics. of Shay in '08. This set will have Shay in '08 on the left, and Shay in'10 on the right. On Fratpad Friday, yesterday, Shay's Bicep was measured at 17". I don't know what it was in '08.
In '08 to me, Shay was on the lean side, now he looks more muscular and toned. I don't know if the pictures will show it, but I can see it in his shows and when he's with Casey. Casey also measured his biceps at 17". These guys just don't JO on cam, they spend almost everyday in the gym, working on different body parts.
