Apparently very few people are convicted it catches an absolutely tiny proportion of dangerous paedophiles. it doesn't make America better.. as you'd see by reading the news.

It is is demoralising crap that makes things worse. What about the innocent families and other relations of the people shamed on international TV. Do they deserve to be exposed to this level of humiliation?

The families don't, but the men do. They knew what they were doing when going to those "little girls" homes. They deserve the humilliation and punishment.

And yes, this is making America better. For every pedophile caught and persecuted, some underaged kid is spared being raped or molested.

Litter on the street? and just for TV entertainment threaten you with a life sentence.
