There is some thought that there were hundreds of thousands of dollars paid out to other women during the campaign as well.

^ Exactly. We have clients who cannot afford drugs. Research and development of meds are inflated. They are pure profit. Nearly every other product any one of us buys is newer, more advanced, and the price of r & d is an integral portion of its cost - which is competitively priced. High med prices are cruel and deadly.
