Trump's so intellectually uncurious and lazy and without character it wouldn't matter that even a basic google search would give him all he would need to have dumped her. That's the saddest yet most infuriating thing.. not just regarding Trump either. People like Chao are so easily recycled from previous administrations because they have connections, not competence. And the vast majority of those Trump has put in key positions in his Administration are even worse because their own personal ideology and history often set up square agenda wise against the mission of their agencies.

Trump's measure for evaluating character seems to focus heavily on how well they make him feel important, followed by how well they give orders and get people to jump on command.

Nonsense. A lot of women like flirting and joking etc which could be called harassment if unwelcome. Clarence Thomas was demonized for alleged off color jokes. Many women would have enjoyed them and his accuser did not disclose what her own reaction was at the time.

WASHINGTON — Mark E. Green, President Trump’s second nominee to be secretary of the Army, withdrew from consideration on Friday, saying in a statement that his nomination had become a distraction because of “false and misleading attacks against me.”

Mr. Green, a Tennessee state senator who was an Army flight surgeon, has criticized federal attempts to bar discrimination against gay, bisexual and transgender people in workplaces and businesses.

With him in charge, he would probably have been working to re-instate the exclusion of homos from the army.
