Why are Americans tolerating this? Do they even know this is going on? Why aren't there thousands of people amassing around the White House demanding either his impeachment or his resignation? This is NOT the United States of just a few years ago. It is a completely different country now.

I make a post complaining that not only that, but the rest of us are acting like a bunch of Neville Chamberlains, not criticizing Trump enough, not doing enough to contain him, and trying way too hard to pretend he is normal and everything is just fine.

How the hell does that come across as support for Trump. I'm embarrassed that our PM was even willing to meet with him. I'm embarrassed that any of our leaders have done so.

How are you getting pissy with my answer when I agree with you about trump being like Hitler and then I go in to complain about how shitty it is that nobody seems to be doing anything about it. People like Merkel, Trudeau, Macron all need to stop pretending so damn hard that Trunp could ever possibly be a normal leader and ally. He’s a hitlerian nutcase and it’s dangerous for our prime minister and any other to pretend otherwise.

Never mind pink triangles, I know about pink triangles. I’ve stood at the doors to the ovens in Mauthausen where the gasping struggling still-living prisoners with yellow stars and pink triangles were both chucked through the same oven doors like scrap coal. What I’m wondering is have you heard of Chamberlain?
