Limited...but it is a gag order and sets and important benchmark for criminal defendants.

Well today in Iowa might be a bit of an awakening.

He couldn't even pull pigs and corn cobs to his 'rally'.

But I suspect he will continue to make the most outrageous statements in order to establish the grounds that he could not get a fair trial in the jurisdiction.

He won't notice the difference, will he? He's been living in it for decades.
 
We see already that Trump can't fill a high school gymnasium and only sees campaigning as a way to grab national television sound bites in order to stay relevant, but the logistics are going to start to overtake him....and hopefully grind him to the bone.

The Press hasn't learned anything in the past 6 years. They still pursue Trump with microphones, looking like the running of the bulls in Pamplona. Yesterday after Trump whined that he had to be in court in NYC and because he was required to be in court, he wouldn't have time to be on the campaign trail. At the end of the barrage of lies, a reporter asked him if he were going to be in court on Thursday, Trump said "No" and that he had to fly to Miami to attend an golf tournament at the Trump Doral Resort. 🤥


The article didn't mention that Trump has been showing up on the days when his current and former employees are testifying. Trump has been called out by the District Attorney's lawyers for talking and making a running commentary during the employees' testimony. The judge told everyone in the courtroom to be quiet while witnesses are testifying.

The defense table has been acting like they're supporting cast on Law & Order. At one point, one of Trump's lawyers accused one of Trump's former employees of perjuring himself and demanding that the witness be advised of his Fifth Amendment rights about incriminating himself. The prosecuting attorneys just rolled their eyes. The judge instructed the witness to leave the courtroom while the judge had a Come to Jesus discussion with the attorneys.


Meanwhile, some woman who is the secretary for a judge in Queens tried to cause a scene in the courtroom. She was removed from the courtroom and was charged with disrupting the proceedings. The incident resulted in the secretary being placed on administrative leave and barred from entering her workplace until the charges are resolved.


Speaking of Doral, rumor has it that the resort may be sold for cash. A developer has a plan to buy the property to subdivide into a residential subdivision to build homes.

Most of the golf courses will eventually be sold off for housing estates. The difference now is that TrumpCo. may not be the seller and the likelihood of the deal being used to launder rzzzn money is much diminished.

That's such a stupid mistake I'm tempted to think they did this on purpose in order to "discover" it later and postpone the trial. Which is a ploy only slightly less stupid than making that kind of basic mistake in the first place.
