I'm wondering if Jack Smith kept some charges to himself as a back-up because of the venue for the case. The alleged crimes that he laid on the Donald took place in Florida, so the case has to be tried in Florida, unless it gets moved. The charges that Smith didn't bring forth may be crimes that were committed elsewhere. . .say New Jersey
