I'm wondering if Jack Smith kept some charges to himself as a back-up because of the venue for the case. The alleged crimes that he laid on the Donald took place in Florida, so the case has to be tried in Florida, unless it gets moved. The charges that Smith didn't bring forth may be crimes that were committed elsewhere. . .say New Jersey :unsure:

It's far, far more likely that the Fascisti at Judicial Watch - who brought to us all the asswipes like the Christoban terrorist, the rapist, Uncle Thomas, the one whose name shall not be spoken - not to mention Eileen Cannon, understand quite clearly what to do to nudge a toad in any direction. I also think that there is no way Toad is that sane. Some Reich-wing douchebag tells him what he wants to hear, and Toad BELIEVES! It's just not credible that he's some kind of manipulating Machiavellian genius. He's a clinically diagnosable, malignant narcissist who isn't capable of that kind of honest self-awareness.
