For some people, a Big Mac and fries provide enough pleasure to be worth the calories.
For many, regular Coke doesn't provide sufficient additional pleasure over Diet Coke to be worth the calories.
Especially if one uses Diet Coke as a major caffeine source (because, for instance, one dislikes the taste of coffee).

Diet Coke tastes like it came from the drain pipe of an oil refinery. Anything with fake sugar tastes like that. Real Coke all the way!
And now this time of year, you can get real Coke for Passover, made with real sugar instead of that corn syrup crap. Look for the yellow cap.

I'm still trying to figure out the strategy of this latest character out of "My Cousin Vinny" is up to. I think he's not Trump's lawyer, he's Giuliani's lawyer. He's trying to discredit Cohen, granted. But to what end and why?

When is the last time we saw so many scumbag characters in one place? At this point, the grand jury must feel like someone turned on the light in a Bronx apartment and all the roaches have come out of the woodwork.

UGH on the diet stuff. It doesn't seem to be working for trump very well.

I hate the taste of cola but I like 7up and Sprite and only if they have sugar and not the diet crap. I need the calories and would love to gain a few pounds.

Hmmmmm - they remind me of cockroaches - let the feast begin.

When there are limited food supplies, cockroaches turn to cannibalism to feed their hunger. Usually, it's the older, stronger cockroaches preying on the young and weak. However, in terms of pest control this survival instinct sometimes doesn't work out for them. ;)

It's an indicator of the Democratic ineptitude that in 6 years, they haven't figured out how to exploit the MAGA paranoia. It seems plausible that the QAnon and Bircher types on the right would believe that Trump was sent to Guantanamo and the guy down in MarALago is a Soros-created clone of the original Donald and that it's all a conspiracy to send evangelicals to prison or to deport them to be forced to take care of all the children that the Deep State are warehousing to eventually eat their adrenal glands and that they should stay home on election day because the election booths are actually transporters to beam Trump voters to offshore dark site concentration camps... :rolleyes:

It's the Aspartame. It's addictive. The more you take in, the more you need to take in. I got hooked on it quite some time ago and made a thread about it in JUB. I was suffering a lot of different side effects and, through Google, narrowed it down to Aspartame. (It has about 100 different health side effects.

Nasty stuff. If the burgers and fries don't kill Trump, the Aspartame will. (I'm surprised it hasn't been banned.)
