The people who would actually give him money concern me more than he does. As much as trump is frightening on so many levels these people are far more frightening.

I think the telling thing is that this appeal indicates that Trump is losing his appeal among small donors. But he is going to come up short, because the vast majority of his marks probably can't do more than 100 bucks.

This is the death rattle of a man about to face financial ruin but is grasping for any amount of cash to keep the engine running a bit longer.

The ridiculous of it is that all the DA is going to do is negotiate a time for the arraignment. No one is going to tell us. Trump will continue lying for histrionic effect, and that will be as dramatic as this is going to get.

tik tok. As I noted above, once Trump announced he would be arrested on Tuesday, there was no way, for the safety of the courthouse staff that it could happen. It also made Trump look like a liar (again).

And now it appears that the Jury may not indict Trump. They've cancelled Wednesday's hearings after some are saying that a 'bombshell' report shows that Bragg has held back docs that show Trump's innocence....and the polls are showing that it may be a political disaster to arrest him.

One reason they may have canceled the hearings is that one of Stormy Daniels' lawyers mentioned that the law firm representing Trump had been approached by Stormy Daniels when she was seeking representation back in 2018. This creates two problems:

• The attorney, Joe Tacopina and his firm, may have to recuse from representing Trump because he has a conflict of interest.
• Tacopina may have breached attorney-client privilege if Daniels had a contractual agreement with Tacopina.

In a 2018 interview with CNN, Tacopina mentioned that he had spoken with Stormy Daniels. Tacopina is an idiot for letting things get this far into the case without disclosing the previous interactions with Daniels.
