OK this is the first up that merits some drama. The toad's lawyer has to turn over all his communications and probably testify against the toad, to answer the all-important question, WHO lied to the Fed. WHO committed the obstruction?

The fact that a judge pierced privilege in this way means that the judge knows or strongly suspects something criminal happened between the two of them.

Obstruction of Justice is not falsifying a business record.

Piercing privilege like that is extremely rare - and the bar is extremely high. The judge knows there's a crime otherwise that would never have happened.

Everyone knows there was a crime, and everyone knows, someone is guilty. There is no arguing that. He had the records, and someone lied to the Fed. None of that is even in dispute. Someone is getting an indictment. This is why the trogs will not comment about this and just want to talk about adultery and hush money misdemeanors.

The germane issue is who lied. If the court thought it was the lawyer, then the privilege remains. A fraudulent lawyer cannot compromise privilege that belongs to the defendant. At the very least the judge found in that data a compelling reason to think they did it together. That judge has also already turned over all those records to the prosecution.

I'm divided about the issue of the toad's current death threats. Yes, that is criminal, no you can't, or more accurately won't "prove" it to any legal standard.

What's more offensive by a small degree is the violent orgasm the various media outlets experienced in reporting it. So I'm not going to post any articles. They are easy enough to find. Expect more of the same, toad does despicable thing, talking heads clutch pearls. Massively overanalyze, pat themselves on the back for righteousness, and fellate the toad's ego to keep him prolific.

The same tedious, sordid little affair continues.

I assume you are referring to the one referring to a degenerate psychopath who 'Truely' (sic) hates America?

He will be permitted to use the most incendiary language possible to rouse his base to violence and no one can stop it even if it happens because he will just say 'I tried to warn you'.'

He must be sorely disappointed the past few days that no one is rioting or marching....the crowds just aren't there.

But more an more I am thinking Bragg and the Grand Jury won't bring charges on the Daniels case...because of pressure from the GOP.
