Page Six reports that the former first lady has renegotiated her marital prenup with Trump to protect the financial interests of her son, 17-year-old, 6’7” Barron, as her husband’s legal troubles and bills pile up. Per the tabloid’s source, this is “at least the third time” Melania has renegotiated her prenup with the former president.

Melania is nearly 6 feet tall which is very tall for a woman. I think Eric is like 6'4".

It's always interesting how the media frequently talks about Trump's children: Eric, Don Jr, Ivanka and sometimes Tiffany. Barron seldom makes the list. Maybe in a year or when he turns 18, he'll be in the crossfire like the rest of the spawn.
 
Too late. If NY can prove the profits came from the fraud, nobody gets it. The catalog bride and her giant kid aren't getting anything more than what they can defend. No new agreements or negotiations are going to be enforceable until after the fines are paid, and then there are other litigants looking to take that away. Once his property is seized, everyone he ever cheated is going to come running with their lawyers for a piece of the pie. This is not a bankruptcy, there is no asset protection.

Overvaluing the real estate to get better loans is marginally less criminal than undervaluing those same properties in order to cheat on taxes. That is after all - tax fraud, how they got Al Capone.
 
In more "digging his own grave" news...

On Trump's busy busy legal calendar is yet another suit... this one is one that Trump initiated. He's suing Michael Cohen for $500 million for defamation and for violating attorney-client privilege.

The thing about suing someone is civil court is that it opens up a discovery process and depositions. All Cohen's attorney has to do is gather incriminating documents and depose Trump over things like the stated value of real estate on loan applications and property tax filings. Or about payments to mistresses. Or about lying on tax returns.

Anything Trump says under oath can be used against him, either in a court of law or in perjury charges.

Trump was scheduled to be deposed on Monday. He's had to reschedule because he's...well... busy losing his company in NYC on Monday.
