Unsurprisingly, the gag order on Trump has been expanded late Monday...and just as unsurprisingly, he posted the 175 million dollar bail bond on Monday as well.
Mark my words...on appeal, the final award will now be less than the 175 million. And if it isn't, he'll still find a way to never pay the balance. If he becomes president, he will fix the court so that he doesn't pay anything at all. This will be a fight to the death.

These are state cases so the power of the presidency won’t be of much help but I will concede if he is re-elected the court in NY might freeze the case until he leaves office. What I mean by 'fix the court' is the same thing he did the first time he was in office...forcing people to resign and using his influence with Appeals Court to eliminate any penalty. We already know that the judge who lowered the bond is in the bag. His influence could easily be exerted with the powers of autocracy he will assume if he is re-instated to the White House.

I am surprised at the volume of shares being traded today...a lot of small lots like 50 or 100 shares as Trumpies try to keep the price above 50 bucks.
But some 200K purchases as well. That is definitely being done to create a new floor for the price because anyone could have bought that many shares a lot cheaper.
I will be amazed if the price can hold above 50...but as has been noted, it will trade like a meme stock right down to the bottom.

His chances at influencing a state court would be better if the state was in a more southern climate but NY isn’t going to like DC telling it what to do. Also you, and most of us, are focusing on the money should he win Trump will Demand that his sons be allowed to conduct business in NY again so they can run his companies. I don’t see that happening and he’ll never shut up about it.
