Trump this.

I saw an article which I didn't read all the way through that was positing that since the 'Pubs can't get rid of Toad, they are going to try and push Vance as a surrogate instead.

It was kind of silly, so I just skimmed it, but if that's the press Toad is getting, it's not looking good for the Titanic.

That ship has kind of left the port.

Had Trump chosen a stronger VP with a more moderate personality, they could have pushed them out front.

Instead, they selected Vance and it will be a hard sell to get voters to see him as a viable surrogate.

It would be kind of like trying to sell voters Rabies instead of Ebola.

Quod erat demonstrandum.

Yesterday, Musk and Mango Mussolini were live (well, they were trying to be live) on Twitter. A similar debacle also happened when Musk tried to livestream the ill-fated DeSantis campaign "launch". Of course, when you buy a company and layoff most of the employees...

It's not worth listening to the recording of the live event but Trump spent most of the interview (once the technical issues were fixed) slurring his words (or maybe his dentures were loose?) and rambling on about his usual grievances. He was especially upset that Kamala was on the cover of Time Magazine (and he wasn't).

Meanwhile, the Harris campaign media operation (@KamalaHQ) was busy trolling them on the same platform.

DJT stock has slipped below $25.00 benchmark. And as low as $23.32 in recent days.

If the stock drops below $20, that will be a real psychological gut punch because the reality of the over-valuation is going to start to sink in.

...Meandering, solipsistic, and crushingly boring—the interview was an awful premonition of the rest of Trump’s life should he lose again, in November: wandering the corridors of his clubs, going from table to table, buttonholing the dwindling number of guests, monologuing relentlessly until they squirm away.

Ouch.

...The charges claim the former president and the Tesla CEO had “interfered with, restrained or coerced employees” who were exercising their right to organize against the company, “suggesting he would fire employees engaged in protected concerted activity, including striking.”...

Way to piss off blue collar Mid-West. Does Toad even know who his base is? I am beginning to think not.

Maybe he thinks a mutual masturbatory session with the other little dick racist is somehow going to appeal to Auto Workers?

And wjhat the fuck was Elon thinking? He's already losing business at Tesla over his support of the orange Toad, now he's going to start offending the UAW. How much lunacy will be enough for the board at Tesla?

Unhinged.

Uh, oh...the market didn't like it and the price dropped below $24 today again.

Donald Trump’s appearance on X Monday was the latest headwind for his own, competing social-media platform, adding to a swoon that’s wiped out $3 billion in market value in the last month.

Monday’s conversation with Elon Musk on his site — not Trump’s Truth Social that was setup as a competitor after the former president was barred from Twitter in 2021 — underscored the problems facing the fledgling company.

An argument for investors to buy into Trump Media has been that if he were to win in November he would use his Truth Social platform as a megaphone from the White House. But the number of daily active users has been modest, failing to top one million worldwide in the past year, according to data compiled by Apptopia.

I wonder how many of those Fake Twitter Mark II users are journalists.
