A while back, I asked around about how these insane messages are bring created. What I was told is that the big "messages" are coming from the Sharpei and Dan Scavino who have access to the Truth Social account. Often they write the message and then Trump approves it before it gets sent out. Occasionally, Stephen Miller also approves a message. There's also young, pretty female aides who tag along with Trump who carry his phones. These young women "dictate" messages that Trump yells out. Names like Natalie Harp and Madeleine Westerhout were mentioned as examples of the young aides.

Sometimes after he yells out the message, the aide writes it down on paper and Trump marks which words he wants capitalized.

When I asked, "Does he ever actually type the posts himself?". One person "LOL"d in response and said, "only if there are awful grammatical errors and misspellings".

In a lot of dictatorships, the Dear Leader's birthday is a holiday. There's parades. There's fireworks. There's hundreds of costumed dancers and acrobats. There's a lavish party.

For Trump's 80th birthday, plans are starting to be released. Apparently, Ivanka has been put in charge of the party planning. After the sad spectacle of ancient military equipment being paraded through the streets of DC for Trump's 79th birthday, the White House is determined to make the Toddler-in-Chief's next birthday extra-special!

The plans are to build a temporary arena on the grounds at the White House for a UFC "cage match" fight. The arena was originally planned to seat 20,000 people but has been scaled down to 5,000 seats. But don't worry- they plan on putting a Jumbotron screen on the Ellipse so that you can watch two adult men beat each other bloody with the People's House in the background! After the pummeling, there will be a fireworks and laser show.

The weigh-in will be at the Lincoln Memorial, with an autograph-signing at the National Mall.

This is what the US presidency has become?

Again, this is a purposeful act to destroy the image that people have of the White House...it is just being re-purposed as a tacky events venue.

A reminder of the New Year's levee in the Andy Johnson days....
 
When I post these stories, I seriously have to run a couple of checks to make sure that I'm not posting a story from The Onion or from Borowitz Report.
