The "fact checkers" are Democrats who of course look at everything from a Democrat perspective. You can watch the video of Biden in his own words for yourself rather than reading what a Democrat "fact checker" had to say in defense of a Democrat politician.

The word "border" does not appear in Mr. Biden's speech. Do you disagree with Mr. Biden's remarks relating to the most important lesson we've learned? What about the African saying Bill Bratton related to Mr. Biden from a large African tribe centered just north of South Africa? It seems that your focus on extracting a few words from their original context (relating to an imaginary black box) has prevented you from recognizing the purpose of the speech -- finding ways to deal with violent extremism.

I get that there are terrible people out there that every country would like to be rid of. And I get that the Sacklers getting Americans hooked on drugs and the incredibly regressive drug laws in the US has made the country a magnet for organized crime as cartels move in to feed the insatiable and untreated addictions of middle America.
