i've only seen like 2 episodes but it was alright.....but i'm loving Jason Mraz's new song that is playing for the promos for the show "The Beauty In Ugly" and all the proceeds from the sale of the song is going to some girls charity...apparently i care a lot ...haha but it's a good song!

I'm still not entirely sure if I understand why she had an office full of rejects, anyway.

However, I must say I'm disappointed with the Sofia character. Such a fake bitch. Betty was right about the superficial people at Mode... I've almost come to -- dare I say -- like them! It's weird. I felt our Betty did NOT belong in that office with all those rejects.

I loved this week's episode! I wondered how they were going to get rid of Sofia; I knew they couldn't keep her unless they were going to end the series. And I really loved, right at the end, where Amanda gave Sofia the Handbag Beatdown in the elevator!

The whole focus of Sofia's magazine was a perfect background for Sofia's hypocrisy: it's supposed to be all about empowering women, but it's just another way of going about getting a husband. How is that empowering? And you got the feeling that all the ugly women in Sofia's office were there to make Sofia look better.

This part was a riot! I loved it!!! Well deserved!

I never thought the Sofia Reyes character would stay forever - after all Salma Hayek is a main producer of the show.

I could not help to think that perhaps Sofia's character, after what she did to Daniel, in a way perpetrated narrow-minded racial beliefs that all Latinas are conniving that way and it would make white parents more "wary" for lack of a better word of their sons dating Latinas? Just a thought.

Damn, I felt so bad for Daniel being humiliated like that, I want Sophia gone.
I felt a lot better when Betty quit, she needs to be back with Daniel, whos mom by the way (Judith Light) is a hoot, hope to see more of her.
What the heck has Betty's father gotten himself into with that immigration inspector, YIKES!
The show is awesome, I love it!
