Btw, am I the only one who didn't know Junie Browning had been cut from UFC? I was wondering today, what the fuck had happened to him, so did some searching, and found out he'd been fired after a meltdown in Vegas. Not that that's surprising at all, I just don't remember hearing anything about that.

Franklin/Liddell could be epic, but I think I'm gonna stick to pirating that shit. I'll NEVER pay for another PPV again. Well, I probably won't...

You know, Rampage is such an unstable clown sometimes, it's often hard to take him seriously anyway. But the comment above? Jesus. What an idiot.

I'd track down the link, but eh, i don't care all that much - i just won't go see the A-Team(that WAS the major reason, but since the ORIGINAL BA Baracus gives it the thumbs down, i'm sold on not seeing it).

I don't watch much television these days, so although I'd heard whispers of an A-Team remake, I wasn't really aware of who was involved. The fact that HE'S playing B.A. makes me , but maybe that's less because of him and more because the whole scheme threatens to trample on a sacred place of my 1980's childhood. They better do a good job with the rest of it.

Yeah, I heard/read all about it, but then I tend to tune in to S*h*e*r*d*o*g a lot to keep up with the news. I guess I can't say I was surprised it finally came to that. In spite of the fact that he was a complete whackjob asshole, I have to say I feel sorry for the kid still. Because I believe he wouldn't act like that if he really could help himself. I think he's sick, truly. Despite my pejoratives above.

I can't say I honestly sympathized with Junie at all. I do understand that his home life growing up was more than likely something awful, but we've all got our issues--some of us just handle them better. I did think there was something hot about him, but I think that speaks towards some of my own issues.

You can get some pretty decent quality streaming, you just have to look around sometimes. Someone had posted a couple good links, awhile back in this thread.

Can't say I'm all that excited about Lesnar/Carwin, but I wouldn't mind seeing Brock catch the beating of a lifetime Seriously, I can't even stand looking at the guy.

I've got a new obsession in the UFC. Tyson Griffin's ASS!!! GOOD GOD!!! Gotta hand to Evan Dunham though--watching him fight was almost as sweet as Tyson's ass. Kid strikes me as an a bit of an asshole, but I see him doing big things.

Yager quit his match, and then in the finale, got his ass beat again. Kharma is indeed vicious.

I'd have like to see him catch more of a beating, but it'll do. While it was damn nice seeing Rich(those EYES!!!), I'd have like to see Yager and Kacey(sp?) settle shit up. Actually hated both of 'em, so i don't know who I'd have been rooting for.

I'm still kinda sour that Clayton got benched.

But man, Mark Hamill made me like and dislike him in that match; he is so ferocious, but such a crybaby sometimes. Ok, you got poked in the eye... don't keep pointing it out. He deserved the win SORELY, but still.

Lol, I'm still pissed that Aaron won that bullshit decision over Tom Lawlor awhile back, so yeah, I enjoyed the loss. And I always like seeing Leben with his game on. Still waiting to see him MANGLE Josh Koscheck one day.

I hear you on Hamill. Dude's definitely a beast, and I think he gets slept on alot, but sometimes it does seem like he plays shit up.

If it couldn't be Clay, I'm actually really glad Cort took the contract. Never mind the fact that he's an entertaining fighter to watch, he just seems like a really chill guy...and really seemed to "deserve" it over most of the other guys.

Yeah, I kind of feel bad for Keith too. I have to wonder if that horrible, horrible knockout he suffered several fights back (was it vs. Rampage?), the one where he was out cold for a long, long time, didn't damage him in a way from which he couldn't return.

I know I'd already said upthread that I was planning on buying this one anyway, but I am really, really glad that I did.

I hope you go ahead and purchase it online in a couple of weeks when it goes down to $20 or something, or wait for the DVD which'll probably be out in September (I know blockbuster.com gets them in in a couple months time).

Yes, the main event was thrilling, but frankly, I don't think there was a bad fight to be seen all night. A great, great night of fights, and the rare gem of a main event that didn't disappoint, even if the outcome did.

Maybe it's Koshcheck, but this season really ain't been holding my attention as much usual. Pretty decent fight this last ep...always those shy, quiet ones that end up impressing the Nam-Pham(Love that name!!!) was lookin' pretty beasty, but I gotta give it to Spencer for sticking the fight out. He's a cutie. Kinda hated seeing him get picked apart.

Damn, I was JUST about to talk about the upcoming Edgars/Maynard fight, only to hear it'd been pulled from the card(injuries on both sides)!!! Jackson/Hamill could be nice, and can't say I'd mind seeing Mir demolish "Big Country"....GOD, I can't stand that guy.

Nobody's really thrilling me on this season of TUF, but goddamn if Jr. Dos Santos ain't sexy as hell!!! Soooooo crushin' on that guy these days...sorry Rog and Forrest, but I think Dos Santos has taken my number one spot

Stoked for Ramsey and Tony in the finale!!! Tony's an ass when he's drunk, but the boy BRINGS IT when's fighting.Really wanted Chuck to put him in his place, but the way Tony picked him apart was impressive. DEFINITELY not counting Ramsey out all, though. He really doesn't look the part-- the kid's ADOOOOORABLE, but he's pretty beastly in the octagon himself.

Goddamn that fucking Dos Santos is fine as FUCK!!! Never know what the hell he's talking about--which is actually kinda cute, but damn if I wouldn't hang on every word that came outta his mouth. He made a good call on sending Lew packing. Appreciated his dedication to taking the guys forward, but he was annoying as hell sometimes.

TUF finale was pretty decent!!! Disappointing main event, but I'm not hatin', lol.
DEFINITELY impressed with Chris Cope's performance. It wasn't that I'd underestimated him, but I guess I hadn't really taken him seriously during the season.

Nothing to sleep on, but I'd have expected a lot more in the Pettis/Guida fight.
