Urine stream goes sideways

Hi. Recently, I noticed that when I pee, my urine stream goes sideways.

In the past, my urine stream seems to be straight.

I am scared and worried.

Why does my urine stream goes sideways?

Does this mean that I have a urethral stricture? Or does this mean I have urinary tract infection?

But I feel fine. I don't have any symptoms of urinary tract infection.


Sometimes, if the volume of my urine is not heavy, my urine stream seems to be straight.

But if there is a heavy flow of urine coming out, it goes sideways.

Sometimes, it goes sideways too even if not a lot of urine comes out.

Should I be concerned about this?




Also I noticed that when I drink a lot of water, I don't go to the toilet to pee much.


In the past, if I drink a lot of water,I will keep going to the toilet to pee a lot.



Also, sometimes when I pee, I feel a warm sensation.


And I noticed that the tip of my penis tends to stick to my underwear.


In the past, I noticed white flakes? white spots? on my underwear.


I am scared and worrried. Hope someone can advise me on this. Thank you.

The penis sticking to the underwear has me wondering if you might be diabetic as diabetic urine can get sticky when it dries Definitely go in for a physical and a fasting blood glucose. Definitely listen to Kara go to the Dr!

Okay. So I pulled over my foreskin a few days ago, and I realized that it's quite dirty, many many white stuff, smegma.

I have not been cleaning underneath my foreskin regularly.

So I clean it, with water and soapy wash (dettol shower wash) and get rid of all the smegma.


Then I notice that when I pee, it seems to be straight again.

Sometimes, when I pee, the urine stream is straight.

But sometimes, the urine stream seems to go towards the left a bit.

But sometimes, the urine stream seems to be straight.


Should I worry about this?


But I realized that when I drink a lot of water before I sleep at night, I only wake up to pee once.


In the past, if I drink a lot of water before I sleep at night, I usually will wake up a few times to pee at night.

Should I worry about this?


Is there something wrong with my kidneys? Or do I have kidney,bladder stones?


I have an appointment to see a urologist next week.

Passing urine frequently

Recently,since last month, I noticed that I have been passing urine many times.

I went to a clinic to see a doctor and did a urine test. There are some white blood cells and red blood cells.

The white blood cells are within the normal range. 0-6

My white blood cells are 5.


My red blood cells is a little bit more than the normal range. 0-3


My red blood cells is 5.


The doctor from the clinic prescribed me antibiotis,Curum.

She also refered me to see a urologist at the hospital.

I went back to the clinic for my urine culture result but there isn't anything that suggest abnormal.

Right now, I still have the symptons of passing urine frequently.

I don't understand.

My urine results doesn't seem to suggest urinary tract infection.

But why do I pass urine many times and have the warm sensation urge to pass urine?

I noiced that my pelvic, inner thigh and groin feel pain,strain, like it's being pulled and stretched.

I was dignosed with pelvic floor dysfunction for my constipation problem.

Can my pelvic floor weakness cause problem for my urination too?


I looked online and came across interstitial cystitis?

Could it be that my frequent urination due to interstitial cystitis?
