I'm fighting her decision to go back on her word. She said yes way back when i first came up with the idea for vegas. So it's not like she didn't have advance notice.

But in the rare event she wins I won't be attending but i'm still planning the thing.

She was in one of her "moods" yesterday.

Well,I'm just about certain I can make it.Even the smaller meets can be really great,and in Las Vegas even three or four of us can make it a good time for ourselves.Just hope that I make the airline reservations,Noiro's boss doesn't put her high heels down and puts the kibbosh on the whole thing....and I get stuck paying a penalty to cancel the flight,though it would be an inconvenience more than anything.

Really want to go,and hope that a few fence sitters will just get off and come!

Friday,October 1-leaving most likely Tuesday,the 5th.While I can afford it to an extent,four days is the limit within my current budget.

I understand that. I have been pricing it for the last few days and again just a few minutes ago. It went up about $250 from yesterday, even if I left on the 5th.


Plus renting a car always comes with more fees on top of it.

Out of curiosity is anyone planning to rent a car besides me?



I need a car because of my knee, but right now the price of renting one is what’s holding me back.


Also I found a cheap motel one block from the strip for only $340 (for the 1st to the 5th) if anyone wants to slum it up.


Also I doubt it will happen but one of my cousins is interested in going with me. She has never been on a plane or outside of Oregon except a little ways into Washington, so she wants to go.
