Right Now Kanye thinks he's invincible, when his album sales start to decline over the next couple of years, that will be the reality check he so desperately needs.

But Kanye seems to take a bullshit awards show on a channel that doesnt even play music videos anymore seriously.

I still can't stand Beyonce but she gets cool points for that one. Props for letting Taylor come back out and have her moment properly!

And LMAO @ Lady Gaga and all them crazy head pieces. It seems like everytime the camera cuts to her she got somethin new on her head. :lol:

^I didn't know it was Lil' Mama. I was thinking it was either a crazed fan or they needed an extra person for the pose at the end.
 
So check your scorecards ladies and gents... anyone have Kayne West attacking a teenager to rant about the winner of an award that wasn't even remotely related to him, because I know I don't.

I agree with that.. I gained a little more respect for her, and the story she told was very touching. The performance part of the tribute was awesome, but I would of liked it to be a bit longer.

Kayne was...and is a total douchebag for what he did, but I gotta hand it to Beyonce for taking sharing her spotlight with Taylor Swift. She didn't have to do that, but it showed alot of respect for her, and the art of music.
 
Judging from what little I've seen online, more people are talking about what an amazingly classy lady Beyonce is than about what a dick Kanye is...and nobody has much to say about Taylor Swift. So, I'd say mission accomplished. :)

Kanye's apology is a bunch of bullshit. How is it "real" to act like a fool? It just means you don't have any class.

If Taylor is the MTV demographic's choice, then she's their choice. The song is pop country and it taps into pretty standard archetypes that tweens are into--it's a formula for popularity. Even if Beyonce deserved the Best Female Video award, she won the Best Video of the Year award. That's like the Ace of Spades to the Ace of Hearts. She trumped it. That means that her video beat out Best Male and Best Female Video.

And if nothing else, Beyonce knows what the right thing is and saw that Kanye's outburst was completely disrespectful. She didn't have to give Taylor her moment, and knowing that she's had and will continue to have several moments like it, she gave hers to Taylor so she could have a proper moment in the sun. Class act.

Well I guess being a washed up irrelevant hoe is a good for business since her tour is outselling Beyonce, Gaga, and every other artist at that award show other than Madonna.
 
Kanye was wrong to interrupt, but Beyonce or Gaga should have won Best Female. I was shocked when Taylor won. Green Day beating out KOL and Paramore for Best Rock was ridiculous as well.

I usually don't tune in for these award shows, but I'm glad I did tonight. It was loaded with awesome performances - Janet, Taylor, Beyonce, Gaga, Pink (amazing!), Jay-Z and Alicia.
