Thanks Chaz, It's been tough and I don't think the light at the end of the tunnel is a train. If it is I should get my ass outta da tunnel;)

get that ass outta da tunnel. I'll watch it for you. Believe me, it would be safe ;) ;)
If Sheep takes his ass outta da tunnel, how will he see in da dark?

Secondly. Australian sheep are trained not to jaywalk, unlike Canadian ones who wander backwards into tunnels! It's the "Sheep's eyes" syndrome all over again!!

Thirdly, it was my dog who clobbered me from behind!! Have got to wear a special boot for two weeks.
Oh dear, Now what have I said?
Help, Neil, get better quick(!) : I just know I'm gunner get done like a dogs dinner!

And Lastly, thanks to you all for your good wishes(*8*) (*8*)

I'm okay now, but dealing with quitting smoking and trying desperately not to turn into a blimp as a result. I've spent the past 4 months or so losing 15 kilos (about 30 pounds) and I don't want to gain it all back.

You'll be happy to know, though, that I am writing once again even if the sessions are rather short.

GREAT to hear from You, Neil!!! (group)

Glad that you're feeling better! And, yeah!, I know about the smokes, and it isn't as difficult as we may think! (Yeah! ... Right!!) I've quite myself ... nearly a hundred times! (Currently in one of my non-quit modes!!) #-o ](*,)

Wishing YOU the Very Best!! :goodluck

And ... of course ... looking forward to reading more! ..|

Keep smilin'!! (*8*)

It's Great to hear from you that you are feeling better, Take things easy, it takes time to fully recover.
Short sessions at the computer are a good idea, don't overdo things.
Wishing you all the best with the quitting smoking, it takes a lot of willpower
You have done a fantastic job to lose so much weight in a short time
Take care
All the very best
