Spaghetti noodles (cooked of course) and grated parmessan cheese on a flour tortilla. Heat it up in the micronuker. Good stuff but people think its weird for some reason.

Tuna Sandwiches with potatoe chips in between the slices of bread (makes it tasty AND crunchy)

I use to do that as a kid--

We also put chips on our bologna sandwiches--and bbq sauce...yummm.



I can't think of anything too weird---I like to put really hot salsa on my cottage cheese sometimes.

Basmati rice, with butter melted and then brown sugar sprinkled on it - yummy!

I can see that one work - probably similar to delicious rice-pudding

At a party once I had an appetizer which was a piece of bacon wrapped around a chunk of watermelon. Sounds weird but it was good.

Common fingerfood/appetizer here .. but usually rock-melons are used

Someone mentioned cream cheese and that reminded me, just the other day I was in Costco and one of the stations where they give out samples was handing out crackers that had a spread on them, that was a mixture of cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. It was fantastic.
