Specific to my quote, if you attempt to create new accounts when you're under a ban, your subsequent accounts fall foul of the 'only have one account' COC rule which leads to a ban.

It doesn't matter. If you receive any infractions and delete your accounts, then it must be carried over to the next account and I suppose keep deleting, and returning can be seen as against the CoC for those reasons.

Must be that tab only appears if there's a reason for it. I've never seen that one and some of the others before.

The Code of Conduct mentions you can link your website in your signature. I can't seem to do that, and the BB code for hyperlinks is disabled. Is that another privilege I have to earn as a new member? I only wanted to link to my personal Tumblr.
