What about Celibacy in Religion, In Catholicism?

I was celibate for about three years. I didn't like it then and I have no desire to go back there. I would rather be thought of as a slut.
 
Sex is an important part of life. Too important to give it up upon the promise of reward from an unprovable God. It is one of the evils of the Catholic Church, along with the proscription of contraception in desperately poor countries. The sex urge is so strong, God (or nature) intends it to be used. Celibacy is contrary to God's plan (or nature) and probably is seldom practiced. Does anyone believe that young priests do not masturbate? And of course it is the cause of the child abuse which has probably been going on since the beginning.
