More or less doomscrolling. I am exhausted. We still don't feel well and I think that once again I have ended up with a secondary respiratory infection and definitely an acute return of inflammation of chest cartilege cuased by another side effect from COVID.

Off for a nap because I had such a bad night's sleep.

Today, I have worked a full day and my rib cartilege inflammation is acting up, so I have poured a tumbler of Jack Daniels, taken some mild opioids and plan on mellowing.

The COVID has again left behind some ongoing effects but we tested negative yesterday again so on to the next round.
 
Finished for the week.

It has been tiring getting back on things (not on top yet) this week.

Just finished my last Teams meeting for the day and relaxing with a dark rum and some cool jazz.
 
Done with a lovely potato leek soup and fresh bread, all from our garden and fields...

Time to settle in for a movie.
