I went to my chiropractor earlier today.
Yes, I am supposed to try to reverse it. It isn't going to be easy.
Trying to ignore a floater in my left eye until I can get to my Opthalmologist. It's like having a wasp fly by every now and then.
Actually, it might be easier than you think. If you are saying you caught the fact you JUST went over the line, it may very well be easier to reverse.
In my case, about 6 months before I went over the line, I was warned that medication was in my future if I did not lose some weight. I lost a fairly quick 15 pounds (the first few always go so fast) in about 3 months, but then the holidays came around (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and I gained it all back plus a few more by April.
I was put on meds and I got serious about losing weight. I first cut out added sugars and sweets and a month or 2 later I started cutting down on the other good stuff (carbs). At the end of 3 months I had come down just BELOW that diabetes "cut off" figure. I still stayed on the meds for a full year while I continued to lose weight. At the 6 month mark i was down into the high-normal range.
Go grocery shopping, pick up medication to stop smoking
