My partner and I went out to get PapaJohn's pizza for tonight. We watched today's football games together. The second from Arizona was a thriller and ended 51 to 45, winner was Cardinals.

I did pork chops with a cherry sauce. The cherry sauce was made with white wine, lemon juice, sugar, cherries, nutmeg and cayenne. It was good, but I felt that it could have had more depth of flavor. Any suggestions van?

I would try a dry red wine next time and boil it down to get rid of the alcohol.

Speaking of wine, I made a pork roast last night with port wine, brandy, home-made beef stock (à la Julia Child), and prunes. All my Facebook friends got to see the photo (and my JUBber friends all called me gay for eating pork butt )

Funny you should ask as I made my favorite meal tonight. Chicken piccata and a delicious romaine salad, no dessert. I also threw in a fresh grapefruit as I need my fruit.

I will have leftovers tomorrow night.
