Had a burger at Carl's Jr. in Needles on my way home from Las Vegas.

Just had some parmesan encrusted Tilapia and a side of corn. Also made some chocolate chocolate chip muffins for breakfast tomorrow morning.

Last night: NY strip steak, chopped salad (lettuce, minced rosemary, bacon, black olives, onion, heaps of minced parsley, tomatoes, loads of black pepper, and blue cheese dressing), and twice baked potato. Tonight was very, very, very sad: PB & J eaten over the kitchen sink in true bachelor style.

Just an update on the cherry sauce. I had a craving for pancakes and sausages, (patties, not links) so I'm whipping this up when I remembered the CS! The sausage was just about done, so I dumped the CS in with them to heat and added some maple syrup. It was fantasic!

Grilled marinated chicken breast, grilled squash and bell pepper drizzled in olive oil infused with garlic, Stove Top stuffing (don't shoot me, I love the stuff), and red leaf lettuce salad with diced tomatoes and sliced cucumber.

And about fourteen glasses of Merlot. *hic*

I know, I know ... the carbo was going to be pasta shells with organic marinara sauce but the sauce was moldy.

I had BBQ chicken and chips. It was a greasy mess but I loved it.

I ended up oven baking my chicken legs with a cornflake coating and had some rice stuff with it. It was okay, nothing special.
