Steamed veggies and fried halibut last night.
This is the first time in 31 years that I've eaten halibut here, because that kind of fish has *NEVER* been sold in this small town before, neither in any store nor in any restaurant, to my knowledge.
I will probably never see it here again, either. People in this town are entirely clueless what "good fish" really is, besides catfish (and salmon IS catching on). On the rare occasions that something like walleye turns up, I AM THE ONLY PERSON WHO BUYS IT.

A tomato soup I make with garlic, salt ,pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste, potatoes, onions and Italian sausage.
