I had some steamed veggies (a staple, nightly almost without exception), and a pound of fried sockeye salmon. (People don't usually fry salmon, but the outcome is just much more satisfying to me than baking it.)
Any night with fish is invariably a "special" night...and I look forward to the catfish at the Catholic church starting up again only eight days from now.

Had steamed vegetables, and a can of Habitant split pea soup (yellow peas - French Canadian style). Minimal, but it works, so "vegetarian today."
