It's taking a lt of won'tpower to save the rest of it for my team at work when we start back on Monday, but I am.

I knew that was the word without you posting it. Make your way to an "Asian" market and ask for where they have the "honey citron tea". It's not a tea. It's a marmalade and incredibly appealing and lyrical. Would be great added to any fruit dish, with PB & jelly, or anything you could do with marmalade or jelly.

I've been on a kick since I discovered it this summer. Koreans and Japanese are particularly fond of it, and combine it with other fruit often.

Sushi from Stater Bros. supermarket. But I drizzled on Kewpie mayo, eel sauce I made (1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup mirin, 1/2 cup sugar), and malt vinegar.
